After Pastoring in North and South Carolina for over 20 years, Pastor Martin followed the instructions of God and relocated to Washington, DC.  In 2001, Pastor Martin founded Rehoboth Rebirth and Restoration Church, where he faithfully pastored under the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit for 22 years.  He was called to The First Baptist Church of Deanwood in November 2023.  He is a Member of the Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops as well as a member of the Pentecostal Churches of Christ Reformation; he sits on the House of Bishops, appointed by Establishmentarian, the late Bishop Jessie Delano Ellis, II.

Pastor Keith J. Martin is the Founding Father of New Life World Assemblies established in the year of our Lord 2013, and the Ordinary Prelate of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, DC (Capitol Diocese) consisting of Washington, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, in the Pentecostal Churches of Christ.

Pastor Martin's Ministry has blessed him to minister all over the U.S. and various parts of South Africa; having connected with like-minded men and women around the world in places such as India, England, and Honduras.  He recognizes the vast opportunities to unite and fellowship with those whom God has strategically placed around this increasingly more accessible community of believers.  Pastor Martin is currently a Fellow and Mentor of the Chicago Theological Seminary and shares his vast knowledge and experience with new Pastors and upcoming leaders in the field of church and ministry.

With over 42 years of preaching and pastoral experience, Pastor Martin is a preacher, teacher, evangelical, and soul winner for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Having led many to Christ, he looks forward to reaching new souls daily as we await our Christ's glorious and promised return.
